Sister Kassidy Peterson

HELLO HELLO!! haha if you made it through last weeks email.... you're a good one. (; wanna know something CRAZY?! well here's like 10 things because everything on a mission is just crazy and SO GOOD. 1. we'll start with bad/sad... this is sister lewis and i's last week before she goes home... that's all i'm gonna say about that because... touchy subject  😉   😞  well, that's the only sad thing haha CUZ THIS WEEK WAS SO GOOD and God's just SO GOOD (have you heard that enough from me yet) 2. Sister lewis and I gave a training to the WHOLE mission! haha well, all the social media specialists did!! We DID however, speak last, which means following 6 mono-toned elders, we got MANY texts after about the BURST of energy and beautiful smiles we happened to bring to the call  😂  we got told we're legends and everyone knows about us and our companionship.. We hope that's a good thing!  😂  we celebrated with ice cream, cookies and popcorn haha a big mist...

one week. 7 days. 4 different missionaries. 4 different dreams. haha hello hello! i know i say this every week but i think so far, this week took the lead. the CRAZIEST week! SO many miracles, stories, new things, missions really just give it all (; This is going to be insanely long, i'm already so sorry! Tuesday! Tuesday sister lewis and i had things planned back to back! everything was planned out and we were BOOKED! untilllll, 11 am and every.single. thing fell through... having NO CLUE what to do, we got a call. This is #1 & 2 of the 4 missionaries. It was the STLS! the best ever! 🥳 🥳 🥳 butttt they got to the point, no fun and games, TOLD us we're sleeping over that night because they BOTH had a dream the night before that i got kidnapped. haha mmmm k. tuesday was also the start of the 5 LATE LATE nights spent at the church working on our live that we did yesterday! (the one we got booted to do because the elders didn't want to take charge ;) ) Sooo... we head...

Have you ever been somewhere, singing one of your FAVORITE songs so confident and you sing a word wrong, making it just a little awkward? What about when you literally slaughter the word and it's no where NEAR being close to the right word? Haha that's really just a summary of how this week was! (we can go into members homes for sacrament, woop woop!!  🥳 ) andddd well, sister lewis and i couldn't finish the rest of the hymn because it was taking everything in us to not laugh so the spirit wouldn't leave because He's just so good. Starting off on that note, we find out this week if sister lewis and i will be staying together to finish off her last 2 weeks  😂 😖 we're just as shocked as you are that we've even stayed together this long! The members are all apparently planning a way to tell president we can't go just yet haha and we both have truly seen so so many miracles sooo we aren't JUST having TOO much fun, i promise! Imagine this... 9 am, 95 degrees with 100% humidity. NO trees, raking. 2. acres 🥳🥳 You feel like you're in a parade just smiling and waving at everyone that drives by because well... i'm kassi haha (even tho they probably just thought i looked like a sweaty mess, that's okay tho!) By the end of the 2 hours of raking, you just wanna shower SO bad. BUT you change in the car as fast as you possibly can into missionary clothes because you have a lesson in 10 minutes and you have a 20 minute drive. soooo with grass sticking to you everywhere and you look kinda wild, you start the lesson in the car! (we've gotten really good at that! Quarantine really is good at making us look like on-time missionaries (; ) we have 3 video lessons right after the car one, then last second decide to go all over downtown cincinnati to make a dance video! woop woop!
